88ab Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "88ab" / "the Platform" — the online betting and casino services operated at https://88ab.im, including all sports betting markets, live casino tables, slots, and associated features.
• "Player" / "You" — any individual who has registered a verified account with 88ab and is using the platform's services.
• "Account" — the unique registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the 88ab registration process.
• "Balance" — the total BDT amount held in a Player's 88ab account, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds tracked separately.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed by a Player on a sports event, casino game, slot, or any other betting market available on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credit awarded to a Player's account by 88ab subject to specific wagering requirements and terms stated at the time of the offer.
• "BDT" — Bangladeshi Taka, the sole operating currency of all 88ab accounts.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by 88ab for account security and withdrawal processing.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — the deposit limits, session reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to all registered Players at no cost.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Minimum Age

88ab is strictly a 21+ platform. You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit, place wagers, or withdraw funds. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. 88ab reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If age verification reveals that a Player is under 21, the account will be permanently closed, all pending bets will be voided, and the deposit amount (minus any withdrawals already made) may be returned at 88ab's discretion. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited entirely.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

88ab's services are directed primarily at players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online betting services is permitted under the laws applicable to your specific location. 88ab makes no representation that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction. 2.3 Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your 88ab account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and any additional details requested during registration or KYC. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 88ab. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. 88ab uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balance held in those accounts may be forfeited.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88ab username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and personal data changes — will be deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 88ab support immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Account Security

88ab strongly recommends that all Players enable SMS two-factor verification on their account. You must not access your 88ab account from shared devices or public networks without taking appropriate security precautions. 88ab will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be reported to [email protected] as a potential phishing attempt.

3.3 Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 88ab reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior written notice to the registered email address or mobile number. Where a dormant account balance reaches zero as a result of applicable fees, the account may be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

88ab currently accepts the following payment methods for BDT deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may change from time to time. You must use a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction. As a general reference, the minimum withdrawal amount via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Maximum transaction limits are set on a per-account basis and may be subject to KYC verification for higher-value withdrawals. 88ab reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to mobile banking wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within minutes under normal operational conditions. Processing times for card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) may vary and are subject to the policies of the issuing bank. 88ab is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors. Withdrawals will only be paid to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 88ab account. 88ab reserves the right to carry out KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 88ab does not charge a currency conversion fee. Any fees imposed by your bank or mobile payment provider in relation to transactions are outside 88ab's control and are the Player's responsibility.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is confirmed only when accepted by the 88ab system and a unique bet reference number is generated. You should retain this reference for any subsequent dispute. Bets placed after an event has commenced, or after a market has been suspended, will be voided. 88ab reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

5.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — are updated ball by ball. Network delays between your device and the 88ab servers may result in a brief lag between real-world events and the display on your screen. 88ab is not liable for bets placed based on information you observed after the corresponding market has already been settled. All live betting decisions are final once the system has accepted the wager.

5.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

88ab makes every effort to ensure odds and market data are displayed accurately. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to a clearly incorrect line, obviously erroneous odds (e.g., 1000/1 on a near-certain outcome), or a technical glitch that creates an artificial wagering advantage — 88ab reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes, regardless of the stated result. "Palpable error" decisions are final.

5.4 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result confirmed by the relevant sport's governing body (e.g., BCB, BCCI, ICC, FIFA). In the event of any dispute regarding the official result, 88ab will await official confirmation before settling affected markets. Settlement may be delayed where the result is under official review. 88ab's settlement decisions, once final, are binding.

6. Casino & Slots

6.1 Game Providers

88ab's casino and slots library includes titles supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently audited. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are determined by the provider and are not controlled by 88ab.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a casino or slots session, the round in progress at the time of the malfunction may be voided and the wager returned to your account. Where no specific terms are stated, a standard wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Failure to complete requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

88ab reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings generated from that bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to reduce risk while completing wagering requirements (bonus hedging), using a bonus in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, or coordinating with other players to exploit a promotional offer. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to suspension and review.

7.3 Seasonal Promotions

88ab may offer time-limited promotional campaigns tied to events including BPL season, IPL season, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). All seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the platform alongside each promotion. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88ab platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC
• Operating more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of another person
• Using the platform in any way that constitutes or facilitates match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption of any sporting event
• Colluding with other players, agents, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any non-human interface to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors to place bets at incorrect odds or to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting or trading strategies that exploit pricing inefficiencies rather than genuine predictive wagering
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using 88ab for any money laundering purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any 88ab software, content, or odds data
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 88ab staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel

9. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88ab's total liability to any Player arising from or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. 88ab shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind

• Data loss or corruption resulting from technical failure
• Service unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, force majeure events, or actions of governmental authorities

• Any consequences arising from your access to the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited

Nothing in these terms limits 88ab's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 88ab's negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by 88ab

88ab reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 88ab has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties. In the event of suspension, 88ab will communicate the reason via the Player's registered email address or mobile number where it is appropriate to do so. Real-money balances may be returned to the Player following investigation, unless the balance is subject to forfeiture under these terms.

13.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your 88ab account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts subject to an active self-exclusion period cannot be closed during that period.

14. Amendments to Terms

88ab reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the 88ab platform or via the registered email address or mobile number at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to address urgent security concerns. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to close your account prior to the effective date.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 88ab is incorporated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through 88ab's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction. Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that online gambling laws are subject to change and agree to monitor applicable local regulations independently. 88ab makes no warranty that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction in which they are accessed.
